This past winter, we visited Coombs BC and I found this meeting of concrete buddhas
behind the garden store. They seem to be so patiently waiting.
This is an unfamiliar combination of colours and textures for me
and I found it challenging and exciting to paint.

Venturing out on the sundeck, this spectacular view (and others) was just too fabulous to resist!
